Marketing site consolidation

Multiple standalone web properties brought together into a single parent site.

Enterprise software·Web Platforms

The starting point

Marketing content was spread across several standalone websites, each with its own technology, visual style, and publishing process. Visitors hit dead ends moving between them, costs were unnecessarily high, and every update required complex coordination.

The work

We consolidated the properties into a main parent site with a unified information architecture and a single publishing platform. Existing URLs were mapped and redirected so search rankings and inbound links carried over rather than being rebuilt from zero.

The outcome

There is one site to maintain instead of several, visitors move between sections without leaving the main brand, and marketing publishes through a single process. Search traffic carried through the move instead of restarting, so consolidating did not cost the audience the old sites had built.
